Reservations for our special package rooms have specific conditions and cancellation policies.

• Guests can choose the date of their stay according to the promotion’s conditions, but they must notify the hotel 7 days prior to the travel date.
• Reservation cancellations are free of charge if made 3 weeks prior to arrival. Any later, and we will charge 100% of the room price if we cannot find guests for the room irrespective of whether it was reserved for two or a group.
• Guests booking more than 3 rooms will have to pay in full in advance. No fees for cancellations or modifications made 3 weeks prior. Late cancellations, modifications, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the room prices.
• Guests can modify their travel itinerary to match their reserved packages.
• Guests can add or remove their holiday activities as needed, but only within the bounds of the service provider’s conditions.
• Guests can pick or upgrade their rooms, but only within the bounds of the service provider's conditions.
• The promotional package reservation price includes the total service fee. There will be no additional charges, unless the guests choose to change the program or add additional activities.
• Guests can alter their activities program only once.
• Guests can change their check-in date or when they make use of our services only once.

Important Information

Groups of guests are required to avoid making loud noises in the evening because the hotel is surrounded by apartments.

• Parties are not permitted on hotel premises.
• Guests are required to show their photo ID and credit card during check-in.
• Please note that special offers depend on service availability and may incur additional costs.
• Please provide your estimated arrival time at the hotel when making a special reservation or contact us directly using the contact info provided in your reservation confirmation.
• The hotel offers private parking (reservation needed).
